Karen Cunagin Sypher affair with Rick Pitino

Karen Cunagin Sypher has been charged with extortion after she was accused of asking for millions of dollars to keep quiet about her affair with University of Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino. Pitino has said that that he and Sypher had sex “very briefly” after meeting in an Italian restaurant back in 2003. He is married with five children.
